Since they focus like a laser on maintaining the hardware and software infrastructure, Metatractor Media is able to focus almost exclusively on customer service.

Their servers are housed inside this multi-million dollar datacenter so as to leverage off their massive investment into infrastructure and deliver the best possible hosting experience to our valued clients. By leveraging off their massive investment to infrastructure, their cashflow is positive from day 1 and we are able to focus on delivering exceptional support and customer care.
Is the hosting reliable?
It certainly is! NAC's connections to multiple backbone providers, and peering with many carriers on a regional and international basis, allows them to easily reach remote networks even in the case where a NAP may be unhealthy, or when a specific backbone connection is down. It also allows them to make intelligent routing decisions; for example, if they are trying to reach a remote network which is on the Sprint network, there's no reason to send it out to UUNET first. By placing their core nodes at places like Equinix and Telehouse, we are guaranteed a level of competent service. All of their core nodes employ SONET networks, which essentially provides a dual-redundant, counter-rotating ring technology, and in the event of a fiber cut, the SONET will automatically heal itself. NAC also divide thier circuits among several telecommunications providers, such as Verizon, MFS/Worldcom, and Adelphia.

State of the art equipment
We use only state of the art servers such as - Intel XEON 2.0GHz with Hyperthreading, 2*512kb cache, 2.0 GB ECC RAM, 2*80GB Seagate 7200rpm HD [1 hard drive for nightly backups], Hardened Secure Kernel. These Dual XEON? servers are extremely powerful and make for an excellent hosting platform.
100% honesty and integrity
Another aspect of our hosting service was that it had to be built around 100% honesty and integrity. There's way too much sugar-coating and straight out deceitfulness on the internet these days. We believe that honesty is the best policy. Most hosts will also claim that they run their own datacenter. I would say that 99.5% of web hosts do not own the datacenter that their servers are housed in. We lease equipment inside the NAC datacenter and do not own the datacenter. It would be nice if the hosting industry worldwide was as honest in this respect.
The stability
Metatractor Media' reseller is a 100% debt free hosting company. They never incur debt. They always pay upfront for services pertaining to their business. Their business is also cashflow positive and profitable. Those 3 factors - "debt free", "cashflow positive" and "profitable" lay the foundation to build a very strong business that will be around for a very long time. Web Hosting providers that are debt free, cashflow positive and profitable are very few and far between these days. In fact they are one of the few hosting providers that could actually stop the intake of all new clients now and still survive with their current positive cashflow.
